Royal Moving and Storage requires a deposit/fee to secure scheduling and routing for all moves. This deposit represents only a portion of the total estimated service charges.
Customers may cancel their reservation within seventy‑two (72) hours of the initial booking for a full refund, provided that written notice is sent to: info@royalmoving.org.
If the first scheduled pickup date is within seven (7) business days of the cancellation request, the customer is eligible for a credit of the deposit toward a future interstate move to be used by the cardholder within twelve (12) months. This is because the dispatch process begins after the seventy‑two‑hour cancellation window has passed.
Customers may request to change their pickup date or place the move on hold at least seven (7) business days prior to the scheduled pack or load date (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays excluded).
If a customer refuses pickup for any reason, the deposit is forfeited.
If cancellation occurs on the day of pickup, the customer is responsible for payment of services already rendered, including loading and unloading, billed at $50 per mover per hour.
All credit card refunds will appear on the customer’s next billing statement.
All transactions are processed by Royal Moving and Storage LLC.
Royal Moving is authorized by the FMCSA as both a Household Goods Motor Carrier and a Household Goods Broker. We may transport shipments using our own equipment or arrange transportation through authorized and vetted household goods carriers.
